The results are in, and we're delighted to announce your collective choices for our stretch goal colors!

First up: BLACK. With a plurality at nearly 40% of the vote across all tools, this classic is making a comeback. We're bringing black in as a color option for every tool in this campaign—peelers, mashers, basting brushes, and tongs. Best of all, we'll be able to do it within the originally planned delivery timeline; we're putting black tools into production right alongside everything else, so we can deliver rewards well in time for holiday gift-giving this November.

Next up: TONGS in more colors. Hat tip to a couple very persistent backers on this one—you know who you are ;) We're so happy to have answered the call for more tong colors with not just one extra, but three! In addition to navy, we're going to be able to produce tongs in RED, SLATE, and BLACK (as mentioned above, of course).

Hi team,

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. What a great campaign so far - you've propelled us to $75k in short order (after funding the project in just about an hour!), and we're excited to see what the next couple weeks bring. We've had our heads down trying to get these products into production early, so we can have everything delivered on time—or ahead of schedule—in just a couple months. We'll keep at it, but wanted to check in with a stretch goal announcement. Here goes!

We've received inquiries and comments about bringing some of your favorite classic GIR colors into this campaign, and we're answering the call—but in true GIR fashion, we'd love to have you help us make the decision.

Production Update

The final round of production samples arrived at our office this week, and we wanted to give you a sneak peek. Colors, finishes, and overall quality are right up there with what we've been hoping for, so we've greenlit mass production! We're hoping we can get everything in and shipped on the early side so you all can start holiday cooking with lots of fun new tools in the mix.
